Recruitment Administration Apprentice

Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton

Hours of work: Office based, Monday to Friday, 9-5pm

Salary: £15,500

Start your recruitment career with a healthcare administration apprenticeship in Codsall, Wolverhampton.

Join Apollo Home Healthcare's Central Recruitment Team and earn a nationally recognised qualification while gaining hands-on experience.

What You'll Do:

Work alongside our internal recruiter and support with all permanent recruitment responsibilities
Screen candidates and arrange interviews
Handle recruitment enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Update recruitment and candidate records
Write and post appealing job adverts
Communicate with internal teams across the business
Support the marketing team with relevant marketing tasks and activities

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C in Maths and English
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Confidence, professionalism, and reliability
Proficient in Microsoft Office
No experience needed - just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
