Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and positive attitude will help foster a productive work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in office management while supporting various departments and team members. Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
Maintain organized files and records using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
Perform data entry tasks accurately using typing skills and data management software like QuickBooks and other administrative platforms
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars to optimize team productivity
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Support office supply inventory management and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
Provide clerical support including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and preparing documents for meetings or presentations

Qualifications

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Previous clerical experience with data entry and document management
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing and record keeping
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
