Marketing and Events Coordinator

£25,660 - £27,069 per annum

37.5 hours per week

Permanent

About the Role:

Support the planning and delivery of a diverse programme of events that showcase Hartpury and engage prospective students, visitors and stakeholders
Provide coordinated administrative and logistical support to ensure events run smoothly and deliver an excellent visitor experience
Work collaboratively with colleagues across Marketing and the wider organisation to support recruitment, celebratory and community events
Manage event resources, communications and systems, always ensuring a professional and organised approach
Represent Hartpury at events both on and off campus, contributing to the success of our student recruitment and engagement activities

About You

An organised and enthusiastic, with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with a wide range of individuals
Able to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a busy environment
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service, creating positive experiences for visitors and guests
A proactive team player contributing to the successful delivery of events
Comfortable using digital systems and able to work efficiently and accurately
Flexible in your approach to work, with the ability to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends to support events
Hold a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, as the role requires travel to events across the UK and the transportation, set-up and pack-down of exhibition stands, equipment and promotional materials
