Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will perform a variety of hands-on tasks to support construction, landscaping, and maintenance projects. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to meaningful work that enhances outdoor spaces and infrastructure.

Duties

Assist with landscape maintenance, including planting, trimming, mowing, and general garden care
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision
Support construction activities by preparing sites, moving materials, and performing basic assembly tasks
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, tools, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance
Help with the installation and repair of irrigation systems and other outdoor infrastructure
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
Ability to operate or learn how to operate equipment such as excavators or other small machinery
Strong interest in outdoor work, gardening, or horticulture fields
Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions
Valid driver’s license is an asset but not mandatory
