Job DescriptionFull-Time Scheduler / Office Administrator

Location: Tuckton / Southbourne
Company: Elite South Ltd
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm | Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

About the Role

Elite South Ltd is looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable Scheduler / Office Administrator to join our friendly and growing team on a full-time basis.

This role is primarily focused on scheduling responsive repairs and planned maintenance works for our Housing Association clients. You'll be responsible for coordinating engineers and subcontractors, liaising with tenants, housing officers, and clients, and ensuring works are planned and completed efficiently.

This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone who enjoys organising workloads, communicating with a range of people, and keeping projects running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling responsive repairs and planned maintenance works for Housing Association properties
Coordinating engineers, operatives, and subcontractors to maximise efficiency
Liaising with tenants, Housing Association clients, letting agents, block management companies, and commercial clients
Preparing and sending quotations and invoices
Organising scaffolding and other specialist services where required
Ordering materials and supplies for ongoing projects
Monitoring job progress and ensuring appointments are met
Managing day-to-day office administration, emails, and telephone enquiries
Maintaining accurate job records and updating internal systems

What We're Looking For

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy office environment
Confident using email, telephone systems, and Microsoft Office
A professional, positive, and friendly approach
Previous experience in scheduling, office administration, property maintenance, social housing, or the construction industry would be an advantage
Experience coordinating responsive repairs or Housing Association works is desirable but not essential
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
