Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Implement and monitor HACCP protocols to guarantee food safety and compliance with health regulations.
Analyse products and processes, identifying areas for improvement and reporting findings to management.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance issues for audit purposes.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
Assist in the development and review of quality assurance procedures, ensuring they are current and effective.
Participate in internal audits and support external inspections as required.
Promote a culture of quality awareness among staff through training and guidance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality assurance or control within a manufacturing or food production environment.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation is essential.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
Familiarity with industry standards related to product safety and quality management systems.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality control or assurance are desirable but not mandatory.
