The Role

We are seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join our culinary team, producing high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and afternoon tea offerings that enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods.
Maintain consistency and quality across all pastry products.
Support menu development and seasonal offerings.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Assist with stock management and ordering.
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.

About You

Previous experience in a pastry role.
Passion for pastry, baking, and creative presentation.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
