Receptionist (Weekend)
Postwick, Norwich (NR13 5HB)
£12.71ph
13.5 hours per week

Duckworth Motor Group is a family-owned automotive business serving Lincolnshire and Norfolk communities for over 60 years. Working across four sites we have a dedicated team of over 240 professionals, who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and offering a wide range of vehicles and automotive services.

Our dealerships feature prestigious brands such as Land Rover, Jaguar, Isuzu, Omoda, and Jaecoo, along with comprehensive after-sales support.

We are now looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our newly acquired JLR site in Norwich to work Saturday and Sunday with occasional holiday cover.

Role and responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Provide accurate information to callers or visitors regarding the company and its services.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
Manage incoming mail and packages, distributing them to the relevant recipients.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure an efficient flow of information and smooth operations.
Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion when required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/ Personal Specification:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using office equipment such as phone systems.
Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email).
Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
