Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled 360 driver to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate a 360-degree excavator to assist with various earthmoving, digging, lifting, and material handling tasks on-site. Your expertise will help ensure efficient project progress while maintaining safety standards and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and commercial driving skills to make a tangible impact every day.

Duties

Operate a 360-degree excavator safely and efficiently across different construction phases, including digging, lifting, grading, and site preparation
Conduct routine inspections of the machinery to ensure optimal performance and identify any maintenance needs
Assist with loading and unloading materials using the excavator, coordinating with other team members for smooth workflow
Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment
Collaborate with project managers and other operators to execute tasks accurately and on schedule
Maintain detailed logs of work performed, equipment usage, and any issues encountered during shifts
Support general site cleanup and organization to uphold a safe and productive work area

Qualifications

Proven experience operating a 360-degree excavator in a construction or similar environment
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent license for operating heavy machinery on public roads if required by local regulations
Familiarity with excavation techniques, site safety standards, and environmental considerations
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for demanding tasks
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
