Full job description

40 hours per week | 5 days a week / 28 days holiday per year / Subsidised on-site rental accommodation available

This isn't just another kennel job.

We're looking for an experienced, compassionate Kennel Supervisor to help lead our dedicated team across our animal rescue and 5-star boarding kennels. If you're passionate about animal welfare, enjoy leading by example, and want to make a genuine difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone with:

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Animal Welfare/Animal Management
At least 2 years' experience working in a kennel environment
Previous team leader or management experience
A genuine passion for animal rescue and rehabilitation
Exceptional standards of animal care and welfare
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environment

Your role will include:

Lead, train and mentor kennel staff to deliver high standards of animal care and customer service
Maintaining exceptional welfare standards across both rescue and boarding kennels
Overseeing the daily care, health and wellbeing of all animals
Ensuring our 5-star boarding standards are consistently achieved
Creating a safe, clean and enriching environment for every animal in our care
