About the Role

Bestway is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and supporting financial controls across the business.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Reconcile supplier statements with ledgers

Respond to supplier queries and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers

Review and implement process for expense invoices and payments
Liaise with offshore team to ensure timely processed invoices and queries
Liaise with the stores to ensure the deliveries are processed before payments
Visit stores to review processes
Assist the internal audit team to review the supplier income

Key Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to work under pressure

Good numerical skills

Proficient in MS office, especially Excel

Team player

Good communication
