About ATheory Education

ATheory Education is a boutique British tutoring studio based in Mayfair, London. We provide premium 1-to-1 tutoring across KS3, GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level curricula, alongside UK and US university admissions support. Our flagship programme, the Future-Ready Camp, is a five-day live online summer programme for students in Years 9 to 13 and school leavers up to age 21, running in weekly cohorts through July and August.

We are a premium brand. We do not discount, we do not hard-sell, and we do not treat education like a checkout transaction. Every family joins us through a conversation, and we are hiring the person who will lead those conversations.

The role

We are looking for a results-driven Education Sales Consultant to own the enquiry-to-enrolment journey for the Future-Ready Camp and our year-round tutoring services. This is a target-driven sales position with a consultative style: your job is to understand each family's academic goals and guide them to the right programme with confidence and care.

This is a fully remote role. You can work from home anywhere in the UK, with the structure and autonomy to manage your own pipeline.

What you will do

Generate, qualify and manage leads for the Future-Ready Camp and our tutoring programmes
Respond to inbound enquiries from our marketing channels, including email campaigns, brochures and partner referrals
Conduct structured outbound follow-up with prospective families and school leavers
Hold discovery calls with parents, students and adult learners to understand academic needs, challenges and goals
Recommend the most suitable programme: camp cohort, 1-to-1 tutoring or admissions support
Lead the fee conversation on calls, in line with our enquiry-first model
Maintain accurate records in a CRM and move leads through a defined pipeline
Follow up consistently and thoughtfully; our sales cycle is built on trust, not pressure
Close enrolments and achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
Feed insights from family conversations back to the founder to sharpen our marketing and offers
Support seasonal conversion moments, including summer cohort enrolments and the August GCSE and A-Level results period

What we are looking for

Essential:

At least two years of proven sales experience
Previous experience selling services, courses, subscriptions or educational solutions
Experience handling inbound and outbound leads
Evidence of achieving monthly sales, revenue or enrolment targets; we will ask for specifics
Experience using a CRM or structured lead-tracking system
The ability to communicate confidently and warmly with students, parents and adult learners
Excellent written and spoken English
A reliable home working setup with strong internet connection
Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

Experience in education, tutoring, EdTech or training sales
Familiarity with the UK curriculum landscape: GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level and university admissions
Experience selling premium or high-consideration services where relationships matter more than volume
