Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients. Fluency in Spanish and experience with Salesforce are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases and efficient management of client information. The position is paid and suitable for candidates eager to develop their careers within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through B2B sales strategies and establish professional relationships
Analyse client needs to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options
Manage client data efficiently using Salesforce, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Conduct presentations and consultations in both English and Spanish to cater to diverse customer demographics
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maintain ongoing relationships and promote additional services
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting insurance offerings
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall service delivery
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales within the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is advantageous
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve a broader client base effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish (if applicable)
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
