Full job description

Job Description: Business Development Assistant

Job Overview:

JOR Property is seeking an experienced and resourceful Business Development person to play a pivotal role in our companies strategy to grow business by finding new business opportunities to increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

Customer service: Ensure excellent customer service by promoting good customer relations, encouraging reviews, visiting letting agents on a regular basis etc.
Documentation: Prepare marketing material e.g. presentations, case studies for social media content and organise documents and reports as required.
Attend networking events: weekly, monthly and ad-hoc commitments
Campaigns: Drive campaigns and ensure engagement throughout the company, social media campaigns to further develop the company social media pages.
Return on investment measurement: Ensure organisation of lead generation, marketing plan, diary management and reporting.

Skills and qualifications:

Communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills for meetings, networking, presentations and follow ups.
Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with co-workers, clients, and external partners.
Positive Attitude: Maintaining a constructive and optimistic outlook in the workplace and externally.
Resourceful and strategic thinking: Ability to identify growth opportunities and analyse industry trends and monitor competitor strategies. The ability to find creative solutions to problems and make efficient use of available resources.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and external partners and contribute to a positive work environment.
Confidentiality: Demonstrated discretion and respect for sensitive information.
Meticulous attention to detail is a must.
Self-starter with decision-making abilities.
Able to work independently with limited supervision.

Availability:
Working Hours

This is a part time 15 hours a week, part office based part remote working role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Attending evening networking events maybe required on an ad hoc basis.
