Full job description

Yard Operative - Ballymena

We're looking for a Yard Operative to join us. In this role you'll load, pick, move and store materials safely and efficiently, providing helpful service to customers and drivers. You'll be hands-on, safety-first and proud of the work you deliver. Most of all, it's a role where what you do really matters - every day you'll help our customers build with confidence.

What you'll be doing

Load and unload vehicles safely.
Pick and prepare customer orders.
Operate FLT/equipment where licensed.
Maintain stock condition and housekeeping.
Assist customers and drivers in the yard.
Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures at all times

What you'll bring

A team‑player mindset, with a genuine pride in your work, and a way of working that reflects a positive “can‑do” attitude.
A hardworking approach and willingness to learn
Physically capable, reliable worker.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am – 16.30pm

Fridays 7:30am – 15.30pm

Saturdays (alternating) 8am-12.30pm.
