About Leverage Security

Leverage Security is an established and professional security provider delivering high-quality security services to businesses, residential developments, and corporate clients across the UK. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team of dedicated and professional Security Officers.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for part-time, zero-hour, and relief Security Officers to support a variety of assignments across corporate, residential, and commercial sites.

The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service and representing our company to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities: (Included but not limited)

Maintain a professional and visible security presence at all times.
Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises and surrounding areas.
Monitor and control access and egress to site.
Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident records.
Ensure compliance with site assignment instructions and company procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and members of the public.

Essential Requirements

A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence or SIA Security Guard Licence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and strong customer service focus.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and at short notice when required.
Right to work in the United Kingdom.
