Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispenser based in Exeter. The primary responsibilities include dispensing prescriptions accurately, assisting customers with their healthcare needs, supporting pharmacy technicians, managing inventory, and preparing compounded medications when required. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Familiarity with pharmacy operations and dispensing prescriptions accurately and safely
Experience assisting pharmacy technicians and knowledge of medical prescriptions
Strong commitment to excellent customer service and effective communication skills
Experience or knowledge in compounding medications is advantageous
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Services or willing to work towards to obtain qualifications
Attention to detail, ability to adhere to compliance standards, and strong organizational skills

Salary

Annual gross salary: £26,000 – £27,000, depending on experience.
