What we’re looking for:
- Excellent understanding of sheet metal processes and health and safety.
- Confidence in aligning with company objectives on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Strong team player with initiative and a positive attitude.
- Experienced operating machinery (press brakes, hydraulic presses, guillotines, stretchers and shrinking machines, metal saws, drills etc.).
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using measuring equipment in an AS/ISO Quality environment.
- The ideal candidates will preferably have aerospace experience.
- For level 4 – a recognised time-served apprenticeship is essential.

Who we are – MSM aerospace fabricators is a leading manufacturer that specialises in hydroforming and welded fabrications. Our dynamic team designs, develops, and delivers a range of quality approved complex technical solutions to the aerospace sector. We work collaboratively with leading aerospace OEMs, globally, to create valuable intellectual property, focusing on staff development and delivering high-quality products, which have been key to our continued success and growth.
Your role:
- Responsible for the manufacturing of components through pressing, fabrication, welding and sheet metal processes, working to fine limits.
- Involved in press work, hand forming, marking out, riveting and assembly of aircraft detail parts, sub-assemblies/assemblies and repairs/MRO.
- Working with a variety of material inc. aluminium, Inconel, stainless steel and titanium.
- Acting as an integral part of our team, offering guidance where needed and taking an adaptable approach to the role.
- Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week)
