We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Area Sales Manager to help shape the future of sales across the Freedom Works Group, including both Freedom Works and PLATF9RM.

Reporting directly to our Group Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of office sales across our growing portfolio, driving occupancy, winning new business and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to signed agreement.

More than individual sales success.

You'll join us at an exciting stage of our growth, helping to shape our sales function, influence the way we work and build a high-performing sales team.

As the Sales Team grows, this role will progress into managing a Sales Consultant. You'll recruit, coach and lead your own team member, giving you the opportunity to develop into a genuine sales leader. Upon successfully recruiting and taking on these management responsibilities, your salary will be reviewed to reflect the increased scope of the role.

What you'll be doing

Driving office sales across Freedom Works and PLATF9RM.
Owning the complete sales journey from enquiry through to signed agreement.
Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Delivering office sales, occupancy and New Monthly Recurring Revenue (NMRR) targets.
Conducting engaging tours and presenting tailored workspace solutions.
Building relationships with local businesses, commercial agents and referral partners.
Using Pipedrive to manage opportunities, forecasts and reporting.
Working closely with Operations to ensure every new member has an outstanding onboarding experience.
Analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion.
Recruiting, onboarding and developing your own Sales Consultant.
Creating a positive, high-performing sales culture through coaching and leadership.

About you

Have experience managing the full sales cycle.
