The Director of International Sales is responsible for leading and executing IMG's global sales strategy for the International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) segment. Reporting into senior leadership, you will drive international growth through market expansion, strategic partnerships, revenue generation, and the development of a high-performing sales organisation.
Based in Surrey with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, this role offers the opportunity to influence IMG's global growth strategy while working alongside colleagues, partners, and clients across multiple international markets.

Support forecasting, business planning, and long-term growth initiatives.

Ensure all sales activity complies with applicable regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.

Maintain awareness of international regulatory developments affecting IMG's products and distribution channels.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preffered.

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

7-10+ years of progressive insurance sales leadership experience.

Proven success leading international sales teams and delivering strong revenue growth.

Experience within insurance, healthcare, employee benefits, or a related sector.

IPMI and global insurance market experience required.

Strong understanding of international business development, sales strategies, and distribution models.
