Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities . Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will ensure that all spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, creating a positive experience for everyone who enters. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-organized, healthy environment while developing valuable skills in cleaning operations.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and sanitized.
Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock levels are low.
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the relevant department promptly.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Fluency in English for clear communication with team members and supervisors.
Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
Excellent communication skills to understand instructions and report issues accurately.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods comfortably.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Working either on a split shift on a Wednesday each week 7.30am to 12.30am and 13.00pm to 17.00pm or the other option is working Tuesday 7.30am to 12.30pm and Thursday 7.30am to 11.30am.
