We are currently seeking a currently seeking an adaptable and resourceful Leisure Assistant with fantastic interpersonal skills to join our Health Club team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £15.27 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £12.77, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

Maintaining and replenishing our changing areas and gym facilities, playing a key part in ensuring we always achieve the highest possible standards
You’ll take pride in keeping our public areas, front and back of house, to the highest level of cleanliness
Assisting our Lifeguards in maintaining and running the pool hall areas
Attaining a safe working knowledge of all cleaning products and machinery, knowing exactly which to utilise for specific tasks and areas of our operation
You’ll attend monthly departmental meetings, proactively contributing your ideas for continued improvement
Carrying out safety checks and reporting any maintenance required swiftly and efficiently
Building great connections with our members and guests, and strong working relationships with your colleagues across the estate
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
