Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales & Warehouse Associate, where you'll be at the forefront of our operations with a Full-Time & Part-Time position available. Combining customer service with efficient warehouse management. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to long-established family run business, ensuring smooth sales and customer service along with seamless warehouse functions. With a proactive positive hands-on attitude to help drive our success while providing valuable support to our customers and team members alike.

Duties

Assist customers in selecting products, providing detailed information, and ensuring a positive store experience
Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
Handling telephone and showroom enquiries
Support store and warehouse through regular cleaning, and maintaining a clean working environment
Operate equipment to safely to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
Prepare orders by picking items accurately for fitters and/or collection

Requirements

Confident and friendly with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members
Sales-minded and motivated to achieve targets
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a small team
Sales & warehouse experience
Willing to learn about carpets and flooring
Physically capable of carrying out warehouse duties
Organised with attention to detail
