Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Teaching, Learning And Student Experience Coordinator (Programmes & Curriculum). This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of teaching and learning, student administration activities, and manage the work of the team across areas of assignment, within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

You will be responsible for:

To coordinate the delivery of teaching, learning and student administrative activities for the assigned team.
To provide day-to-day line management for teaching and learning and student administration teams, as assigned, contributing to the development, performance and motivation of team members.
To ensure the effective provision of information, advice and guidance on teaching and learning and student administration activities, as assigned.

About You

We encourage applications from individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. You should demonstrate:

Essential Criteria:

Experience and up-to-date knowledge of teaching and learning and/or student administration activities and policies.
Ability to supervise, motivate and develop staff.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with colleagues across the University, explaining and interpreting information to ensure understanding.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience of working in higher education administration.
Experience of working with University systems (e.g. Campus Solutions, Canvas).
Experience of working in a customer service environment.
