ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONISTWhiteford House Care Home | 30–40 Hours per WeekWe are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at Whiteford House Care Home.Whiteford House is a 31-bedded care home for adults under 65, supporting individuals with a wide range of complex physical, neurological, mental health and support needs.This is a busy and varied role, and we are looking for someone who is approachable, reliable, well organised and confident working as part of a multidisciplinary care home team.- Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:

Providing a welcoming and professional reception service for residents, relatives, visitors and professionals
Answering and directing telephone calls, emails and general enquiries
Greeting visitors and ensuring appropriate signing-in procedures are followed
Supporting the Home Manager and management team with general administration
Maintaining accurate staff and resident records
Filing, scanning, photocopying and preparing documentation
Managing incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
Supporting recruitment administration, including references and new starter documentation
Maintaining staff training, supervision and other administrative records
Assisting with rotas, timesheets and payroll information where required
Processing invoices, petty cash and other financial administration
Ordering stationery and other supplies
Arranging appointments, meetings and maintaining diaries
Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, suppliers and Head Office
Ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately and in line with data protection requirements
Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home

- We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has good organisational and time-management skills
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office
Can prioritise their workload in a busy environment
Has a professional and friendly manner
Understands the importance of confidentiality
Is reliable, flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous administration/reception experience is desirable, with experience in a care or healthcare environment an advantage
