Indirect Administration & Objections Coordinator
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (DOE)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Indirect Administration & Objections Coordinator to join our growing Indirect Channel team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the channel, managing supplier information requests, progressing objection cases, maintaining accurate contract records, and ensuring a seamless experience for both partners and internal stakeholders.
Working closely with Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, the Objections Team, Customer Services, and energy suppliers, you'll help ensure contracts are processed efficiently, objections are resolved promptly, and all administrative processes are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
Information Requests & Supplier Liaison
- Manage incoming information requests from suppliers and internal departments.
- Obtain and validate contract information required for processing and renewals.
- Liaise with energy suppliers to gather outstanding customer and contract data.
- Ensure all information requests are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all requests and supplier interactions.
Objections Management
- Manage objection cases from receipt through to resolution.
- Investigate objections by gathering information from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Objections Team to progress and resolve cases efficiently.
- Monitor objection workflows and provide updates on outstanding cases.
- Ensure all objection records are maintained accurately and compliantly.
Contract Administration
- Profile SME and bespoke contracts.
- Complete contract checks including contract end dates, debt checks, supporting information, and renewal opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and compliant contract records.
- Track contract progress and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Manage and chase outstanding lock-ins to support contract progression.
TPI & Partner Administration
- Set up and maintain TPI partner accounts.
- Create and manage user access and permissions.
- Keep partner records accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers and the wider channel team.
- Assist with onboarding new TPI partners.
Operational Support
- Support pricing and commercial administration activities when required.
- Assist with supplier quotations and supporting documentation.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy across all administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiencies across the channel.

Essential
- Strong administration and organisational skills.

- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with CRM systems and internal databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
Desirable
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or sales support role.
- Experience dealing with objections, disputes, complaints, or contract queries.
- Knowledge of the energy industry or TPI market.
- Experience working with supplier portals and contract processing.
- Understanding of sales support and customer service environments.
