Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Food Prep & Juice Bar Assistant, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create a dynamic and welcoming environment for customers seeking healthy, delicious options. In this role, you’ll be the heart of our food and beverage station, ensuring every item is prepared with care, safety, and efficiency. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to an exceptional customer experience, inspiring health and happiness in every visit.

Duties

Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping fruits and vegetables, assembling bowls, and maintaining ingredient stations
Maintain strict food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper storage procedures
Serve customers with a friendly demeanor, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick turnaround without compromising quality
Restock supplies regularly to keep the station organized and fully equipped for daily operations
Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils thoroughly to uphold hygiene standards

Skills

Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of perishable ingredients
Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment
Strong food preparation skills with attention to detail
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions accurately
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Friendly communication skills to engage with customers positively
