Temporary Halloween Pumpkin Patch Events Supervisor

Must be available for set up w/c 14th September & Staff training 26th September.

Flexible days and hours required.

Interviews to be held 2nd - 4th September & 15th - 16th September.

Join our vibrant team as a Halloween Day Time Supervisor on a temporary basis on our PYO Patch and be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences!

In this lively role, you will help the Events Supervisor to lead and coordinate day-time operations during our exciting Halloween event, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all guests.

Your energetic leadership will help bring the spooky season to life, inspiring both visitors and team members alike. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your management skills while immersing yourself in the festive spirit of Halloween.

Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest services throughout the event
Oversee daily operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently during daytime hours
Manage guest interactions, addressing questions, concerns, and providing a positive experience for visitors
Coordinate with other departments to ensure safety protocols are followed and all areas are well-maintained
Assist in training new staff on event procedures, safety standards, and guest engagement techniques
Monitor crowd flow and enforce event policies to maintain a safe environment for everyone
Handle any on-site issues promptly, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure seamless operations

Skills

Proven management experience with strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate teams
Background in hospitality or guest services with a focus on creating memorable experiences
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to stay energetic, positive, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of safety procedures and crowd management best practices
Flexibility to work during daytime hours on designated event dates
