Job Overview

Duties

Host engaging live sessions on TikTok, presenting products, services, or topics with enthusiasm and authenticity
Interact actively with viewers through comments, questions, and polls to foster a lively community atmosphere
Demonstrate products or features clearly, highlighting their benefits to encourage viewer interest and participation
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan content themes, special events, or promotional campaigns for live broadcasts
Maintain a professional appearance and energetic presence throughout each session to maximize viewer retention
Monitor real-time analytics during streams to optimize engagement strategies and improve future broadcasts
Promote brand messaging consistently while adhering to platform guidelines and community standards

Qualifications

Desired experience hosting live sessions with a strong online presence
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
Strong social media skills, including content planning, audience engagement, and knowledge of TikTok
Outstanding verbal communication skills combined with a lively, positive attitude
Ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt content dynamically based on audience response
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling for live broadcasts
Prior experience with TikTok or similar short-form video platforms is highly desirable
