Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Receptionist / Front of House Team Member to join our hospitality team.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and customers, helping to create a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. Must be available to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and greeting guests and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Checking guests in and assisting with check-out when required
Managing reservations, bookings, and customer enquiries
Seating customers and ensuring tables are organised and ready
Taking orders and serving food and beverages
Providing attentive and friendly customer service throughout the guest experience
Answering telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries
Handling customer requests and resolving any issues professionally
Supporting the wider hospitality team during busy periods
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and front-of-house area
Following company procedures for health, safety, and customer service
