Job Title:

Windscreen & Glass Repair Technician (self-employed, rolling contract)
Commission Earnings: unlimited, unrestricted - the more clients you look after, the more repairs you do, the more you earn
Career Progression leading to NVQ GQA Level 2 Qualified:
Windscreen & Glass Repair Technician
Full-time

Location: Operating within all Chelmsford (CM) post code areas

Essential: Clean, valid UK driving license

Corporate Ford Fiesta Van Provided: Must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes

Full Training Provided: at NVQ GQA Level 2 Standard

Uncapped Commission: From £32,500 pa (performance based)

Hours: Full-time: Mon – Fri PLUS every Saturday morning until 1pm

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
You must already be living within the CM postcode area

Screen Rescue is an award-winning, commercial automotive business providing a wide range of windscreen & glass repairs to the Commercial Automotive Industry on a daily basis.

Our Head Office is based near Ipswich, Suffolk. We are professional and proactive and deliver a consistently high level of personal service to each of our clients.

Who we are seeking:

We are looking to hire an honest, extremely professional, reliable, hardworking, customer-focussed, detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our growing team.

We are a REPAIRS-ONLY company so there's no need to lift heavy windscreens and NO WINDSCREEN REPLACEMENT WORKS are required.

This Windscreen & Glass Repair Technician will be responsible for providing a wide range of windscreen and glass repair services to 100s of our existing clients across all CM postcodes, managing their own diary and client visit schedule. Previous experience of exceptional face-to-face customer-services/ customer-care is essential.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Responsibilities include:

Carrying out a wide range of windscreen & glass repairs for 100s of our existing Commercial Automotive Clients (main dealerships etc.) and their Customers
Diarising your own weekly visit schedule to reach 100s of our clients across the CM postcode
Providing exceptional face-to-face customer serviceability at a consistently high level
Building long-term client relationships
Liaising with new and existing clients via telephone
Completing hard copy invoices accurately and neatly
Following daily operational processes

The successful candidate will need:

to uphold the Screen Rescue operating brand and company ethos
proven experience in a customer-facing, customer orientated role
a good knowledge of all CM post code areas
to be highly organised with strong attention to detail
the ability to work independently and as part of a team
to be self-motivated and hard-working
to be friendly and professional with a positive 'can-do' attitude
excellent knowledge of planning routes effectively and efficiently

Hours of Work:

Full-time: Mon – Fri PLUS every Saturday morning until 1pm

Start Date: As soon as possible.
