Full job description

Annual salary: £26,500 PA

This is a full time (40 hours/week) permanent role that requires you to be flexible, and work morning, evenings and weekends. Due to the location of the hotel you must drive.

Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored hotel on a 400-acre farm in the county of Hampshire, just outside of London. In Marle and Hearth restaurants, we create food - often freshly picked from our own Home Farm a short distance away - and drink that celebrates simplicity, the seasons, and a sense of place.

Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Be positive and professional with all guests and visitors
Have a great customer service attitude and work closely with the senior members of the team as well as the kitchen
Enjoy offering a great level of service to our guests
Have an interest in sustainable food
Have an open schedule that allows you to work evenings and weekends
Ensure all areas of The Restaurant are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness
Some previous experience in a similar role is desirable. But training will be provided for those open to learn and we encourage progression internally.

Basic salary of £26,500PA
