Contract Type Offered : Full Time (38.5 hrs) / Part-time (Full Shift (33 hrs) and Short Shifts (18 hrs) - All including Weekends.

Shift Hours & Timing:

* Full Time Shifts - Earliest appointment would start from 7:30am and last appointment would be at 10:00pm.

* Short shift options are from various options of:

(Early Shift) 7:00am to 1:00pm

(Morning Shift): 9:00am to 3:00pm

(Noon Shift) 1:00pm to 8pm &

(Late Shift) 4:00pm to 10:00pm

Salary: £14.50/hour & Enhanced Rates for Weekends & Bank Holiday.

As a Carer in our Home care service, you will be an essential part of our team, providing high quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will help our clients maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Car drivers essential.

What requirements are we looking for?

· Holds proven and excellent track records of previous work experience in a similar role.

· A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a positive rapport with clients and their families.

· A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

· A commitment to providing high-quality care and support.

· Holding a vocational training certificate of NVQ/RQF Level 3 in Health & Adult Care is desirable.
