Job Title: Assistant Building Surveyor

Location: Eltham

Salary: £28,000-£35,000

We provide a full suite of services including Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, M&E Engineering, Sustainability Consulting, and more.

Energise Your Focus:

Within this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the future of our projects, with a particular emphasis on energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives. Your contributions will be integral to our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Role Responsibilities Include:

Site visits and associated reports
Production and issue of Monthly Valuations
Condition survey reports
Light CAD work
Specification Writing
General Contract Administration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're looking for an individual with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience, coupled with a dedication to professional growth, demonstrated by your ongoing pursuit of an APC certification.
Able to use Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
Have a full Driving License
Ability to work well in a team environment
