About the Role:

At GR Discovery Solutions Ltd, we believe successful projects are built on clear communication, thoughtful planning, and strong collaboration. Based in Belfast, we support digital and business initiatives that help organizations improve their processes, technology, and customer experiences.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can bring structure and momentum to our growing portfolio of projects. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving toward successful delivery.

This is a hands on coordination role for someone who enjoys turning plans into action. You will help manage timelines, coordinate meetings, track deliverables, maintain project documentation, and make sure the right people have the right information at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
Support the planning and delivery of projects from initiation through completion. Maintain project schedules, action logs, milestones, and key deliverables.

Timeline and Task Tracking:
Monitor project activities and follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks remain on schedule. Identify potential delays and communicate them to the appropriate project lead.

Meeting Coordination:
Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record decisions, and distribute clear action points to participants.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, project trackers, requirements, and other delivery materials.

Stakeholder Communication:
Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Make sure project updates and important decisions are communicated clearly.

Risk and Issue Tracking:
Help maintain project risk and issue registers. Escalate significant concerns and support the project team in identifying practical solutions.

Project Reporting:
Prepare regular progress updates covering milestones, outstanding actions, upcoming activities, and potential delivery concerns.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations coordination, business support, or a related role.

Organization:
You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines, tasks, and stakeholders at the same time.

Communication:
You can communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical colleagues and are confident following up on outstanding actions.

Project Tools:
Experience with project management or collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar tools is an advantage.

Problem Solving:
You are proactive when something falls behind schedule and can identify issues before they become larger project problems.

Attention to Detail:
You take ownership of documentation, schedules, meeting actions, and project information and understand the importance of accuracy.

Mindset:
You are practical, dependable, and comfortable working in a changing environment. You know when to escalate an issue and when to take ownership and solve it yourself.

Pay: £2,276.00-£2,875.00 per month
