*Job Overview*

We are seeking a cleaner to join our team at our multi-venue establishment right in the heart of Belfast . The Watson Building includes The Library Cafe & Cocktail Bar, the Watson Draught House and Frames Pool Hall.

Responsibilities and Duties

Daily Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all designated floors and carpeted areas.
Sanitization: Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, etc.).
Waste Management: Empty all rubbish bins and recycling receptacles, and ensure they are disposed of properly.
Supplies: Monitor, order, and restock cleaning supplies and restroom consumables (soap, paper towels).
Deep Cleaning: Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks and handle special projects as requested.
Equipment Care: Safely operate, clean, and maintain cleaning machinery (vacuums, polishers) and report any faults to management.
Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper use of COSHH / cleaning chemicals.

Requirements and Qualifications

Proven working experience as a Cleaner or in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, hazardous materials, and safety standards.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
