Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales and marketing initiatives, helping to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen client relationships. Duties

Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and B2B (business-to-business) platforms
Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and track competitors’ activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign execution
Manage customer databases and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to maintain accurate records
Organize promotional events, webinars, or trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members to facilitate smooth project management and collaboration

Skills

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Analytical skills for interpreting data, market trends, and campaign performance metrics
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and manage projects independently
Experience or understanding of B2B marketing strategies to target business clients effectively
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with IT tools related to marketing automation, social media platforms, and digital analytics
