Full job description

Job Overview

North Wealth Management is an established independent financial planning practice based in Cleadon. We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Financial Services Administrator to join our small and supportive team.

Previous financial services experience is not essential – full training will be provided. We are happy to consider candidates with good general administration or office experience who are looking to develop a career within financial services.

The role

Working closely with our advisers and paraplanners, you will provide administrative support and help ensure our clients receive an efficient and professional service.

The role will include:

Preparing client documentation and meeting packs
Assisting with new business and ongoing client servicing
Liaising with pension, investment and other financial providers
Maintaining accurate client records
Assisting with client reviews
Preparing correspondence and general office administration
Dealing with clients by telephone and email
Following up outstanding information and keeping tasks on track

About you

We're looking for someone who:

Is organised and has excellent attention to detail
Has good written and verbal communication skills
Is confident using IT and Microsoft Office
Can manage their own workload and work well as part of a small team
Has a professional and friendly manner
Is keen to learn and develop their knowledge of financial services

Location: Cleadon Village, South Tyneside, between South Shields and Sunderland.
