Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Personal Assistant to support a busy beauty clinic. This is a demanding but rewarding role for someone organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Hours

* 15 hours per week to start

* Opportunity to increase to 30 hours per week (full-time) for the right candidate

About the role

You will support the day-to-day running of the clinic and assist with administrative and operational tasks. The position requires someone who can manage multiple responsibilities and stay calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities

* Managing bookings and client communication

* Handling phone calls, messages and emails professionally

* Supporting social media and basic marketing tasks

* Assisting with stock control and ordering supplies

* General administrative duties

* Supporting clinic operations to ensure smooth daily running

Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within beauty, aesthetics or a client-facing environment

* Strong organisational skills

* Excellent time management

* Reliable and punctual

* Professional appearance and communication

* Confident using basic computer systems and social media

* Able to commit consistently to agreed working hours

This is not a casual position. We are looking for someone dependable who treats this as a serious job commitment. Attendance, consistency and trustworthiness are essential.
