Full job description

We are a fast-growing courier and logistics company committed to providing reliable, cost-effective, and timely delivery solutions for businesses and individuals. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the courier and logistics sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and e-commerce businesses.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and repeat business.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in courier, logistics, freight, or supply chain industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driving license (preferred, if travel is required).
