Overview

Join our team as a Post Office Clerk and become a vital part of our community-focused postal service! In this energetic role, you'll handle daily customer interactions, manage mail and package processing, and ensure smooth operations at the post office counter. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist with mailing, shipping, and postal inquiries
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments accurately using computer systems
Manage data entry tasks efficiently, including updating records in postal databases and software applications like Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing clear information and directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain organized workspaces, ensuring all postal supplies and documents are properly stored and accessible
Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting mail, and preparing shipping labels or receipts
Support administrative tasks by entering data swiftly and accurately to keep records up-to-date

Skills

Proven Post office experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer skills
Previous experience working with post office services is required.
Ability to adapt quickly to new software systems and maintain high levels of accuracy in fast-paced environments
