Rental Sales Agent – Join Our High-Performing and Dynamic Team

Every day you’ll interact with business travellers, holidaymakers, and international visitors, creating memorable customer experiences while recommending products and services that meet their travel needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete customer rental journey, from preparing vehicles and welcoming customers through to vehicle returns, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout.
Proactively identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle upgrades, protection options, and ancillary products while delivering a personalised customer experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and consistently achieve sales targets.
Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating honesty, transparency, and supporting sustainable practices.
Resolve customer enquiries and unexpected situations professionally while delivering positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where performance is rewarded.
Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality, travel, or another customer-focused industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, confident, and approachable manner.
Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems.
A positive team player with resilience and a "can-do" attitude.
Flexibility to work annualised hours in a business where no two days are the same.
A full valid UK driving licence (BOTH Manual and Automatic) with at least 12 months of driving experience.

Important Information

Full-time & part-time hours available – shifts vary Monday to Sunday depending on business needs.
This is not a 9–5, Monday to Friday role – flexibility is essential.
Minimum age requirement: 21 (for insurance purposes).
All offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
