Job Summary

Donald M Business & Support Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Systems & Support Manager to oversee internal technology systems and day-to-day IT support. The role will provide direction to the support function, maintain reliable systems, and help ensure technology continues to meet the organisation’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee IT systems and daily technical support activities.
Coordinate support requests and resolve escalated issues.
Maintain reliable access to essential systems and applications.
Guide IT support staff and organise team priorities.
Monitor technology performance and recurring issues.
Coordinate system upgrades and improvement activities.
Maintain appropriate IT procedures and documentation.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
Previous team leadership or management experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of business IT systems and infrastructure.
Confident communication and organisational skills.
Relevant IT qualification or professional certification is desirable.
