Are you a fluent French or German speaker looking for an energetic team environment?

We are a dynamic, fast-growing furniture business located right near Birmingham City Centre. We are seeking an enthusiastic, bilingual communicator to support our European customer base.

If you have a great attitude, love helping people, and want a role you can truly make your own, we want to hear from you! There is no cold calling required.

What You Will Do

Connect: Handle incoming customer service calls and emails from French or German customers.
Manage: Process furniture orders and log call details.
Coordinate: Create delivery labels, track customer shipments, and book collections.
Support: Complete general office administration and occasional health and safety tasks.

What We Are Looking For

Language: Fluent written and spoken French or German, and English.
Communication: A confident, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
Tech Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Mindset: An organised multi-tasker who pays attention to detail.
Team Spirit: Motivated, reliable, and ready to thrive in a vibrant office.

No prior customer service experience? No problem! We provide full, comprehensive training if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
