Customer Experience Advisor Overview

Location: Q1, 60 Norden Road, Maidenhead, SL6 4AY
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Agents to join our growing team at easyStorage.

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy problem-solving, and love helping people, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via telephone and email while ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

As part of our Customer Experience team, you'll play a key role in creating "Raving Fans" by delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone and email.
Handle customer enquiries, bookings and account queries efficiently.
Resolve customer issues professionally and empathetically.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and franchise partners to provide the best customer experience.
Take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous customer service experience, ideally within a telephone and email-based environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A positive, empathetic and professional approach to customer service.
The ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Experience using Zendesk or a similar customer service platform would be a distinct advantage.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Previous self-storage experience is beneficial but by no means essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
40 hours per week
Office-based role
