Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Receptionist, where your vibrant personality and exceptional communication skills will create memorable first impressions for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the welcoming face of the hotel, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing outstanding guest services, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all visitors. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience, making every guest feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with excellent phone etiquette and responsiveness
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and special requests to meet guest needs seamlessly
Maintain accurate records of guest details, billing information, and room assignments
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction

Skills

Strong hospitality background with previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to manage inquiries confidently
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest services with a positive attitude
Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and front desk procedures is advantageous
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A friendly demeanor combined with professionalism to foster a welcoming atmosphere
