Currently located in Titchfield, Hampshire, Eaton's Aerospace business stands as a global leader in aerospace fuel systems.

Our site is undergoing a significant and exciting transformation as we relocate to a newly constructed facility in Daedalus. This state-of-the-art site will serve as the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe, marking a new era of innovation and excellence.

We pride ourselves as a premier supplier of fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. We boast extensive fuel and air system test facilities, facilitating comprehensive testing across a range of conditions with various fuel types

What you’ll do:

The Production Scheduler Lead role in Titchfield provides provides first line leadership for all production schedulers across Titchfield, ensuring effective execution of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), achieving customer delivery commitments, driving schedule attainment, and building a highly capable scheduling organization.

The role is accountable for the end-to-end execution of the production schedule across our OE and Aftermarket value streams, and ensures customer demand is translated into realistic, executable production schedules that maximizes On-Time Delivery (OTD), schedule adherence, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.

Lead and develop the Production Scheduling Team across our OE and Aftermarket Value Streams.
Adhere and align to MPS (Master Production Schedule) and lead weekly schedule reviews, recovery reviews, bottleneck reviews, and arrears recovery planning and escalate execution issues to the Network Scheduler team as required.
Fine plan and schedule supply orders according to demand priorities and inventory targets for 0–4-week outlook.
Continue to develop the team and streamline the team’s workloads for optimal effectiveness through adherence to leader standard work and tiered accountability process.
Drive employee engagement, coaching, development, and career progression through the effective use of continuous feedback, 1:1’s, goals, development plans and engagement activities.
Build and maintains effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify and support implementing RCCA’s for product missing On Time Delivery to customer.

Skills:

Experience in Materials Planning or Master Scheduling
Extensive knowledge of ERP systems. MfgPro experience is preferred.
Strong collaborative style and stakeholder management ability
Experience in managing a team, or possesses strong leadership attributes and effective communication Skills.
