Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours 09:00 - 17:00
Location: Staci UK, Walker Park, Blackamoor Road, Blackburn, BB1 2LG

Inventory & Admin Manager Job Advert V1 – August 2026
KEY CHALLENGES
● Delivering a quality service to the WPK Operation
● Management of Inventory & Admin department activities within budgeted costs
● Ensuring quality through training & development of team members
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Drive seamless service delivery through the timely allocation of client orders and the responsive management of internal support requests.
● Ensure perpetual inventory checks are completed in line with client schedules.
● Drive operational excellence through systematic QC auditing and the rapid implementation of process improvements based on data-driven insights.
● Provide data-driven decision support to the senior management team.
● Lead and develop a team of up to 10 Inventory & Admin operatives, including a Team Leader.
● Champion a culture of safety by ensuring total Health and Safety compliance and fostering a 'safety-first' mindset within your team.
● Regular and consistent approach to the appraisal of all staff under your direct control.
● Achievement of required KPI’s and SLA’s within agreed budget.
● To monitor process compliance for those team members under your direct control.
● Day to day organisation of resources (equipment and labour) to cope with required activity levels.
● Take full accountability for the operational excellence and output quality of your team.
● Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to evolve team standards and maintain a competitive edge.
CRITICAL SKILLS
● Experience of First Line Administration Manager duties from a 3PL / Manufacturing / Production distribution or warehousing background.
● Effective leadership with a ‘can do’ mentality.
● Numerate with an aptitude for detail.
● Effective planning skills e.g. resource deployment etc.
● Exhibit technical mastery of WMS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on advanced Excel functions for complex data modelling and reporting.
● Awareness of Health and Safety practices.
● Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport at every level of the organization.
