The company is now seeking a Production & Assembly Technician to support the preparation, configuration and quality checking of its vehicle safety products before deployment to customers. This is a hands-on role in the warehouse preparing, configuring and quality-checking our vehicle safety products before they are deployed to customers across the UK.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help ensure every product leaving our warehouse is configured correctly, thoroughly tested and ready for installation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
This is a hands-on production role supporting the preparation, configuration and quality checking of vehicle safety products before deployment to customers. Full training will be provided during the induction period.
Production and Configuration
· Configure Exeros vehicle safety and IoT devices in accordance with documented production procedures.
· Load firmware, software and customer-specific configuration files onto devices.
· Configure, bench test and verify products to ensure they meet quality standards before dispatch.
· Prepare, label and package equipment ready for customer deployment.
· Assemble cables, wiring harnesses and product accessories to customer specifications.
· Complete final quality inspections and maintain high production standards throughout the build process.
· Record completed work accurately to maintain product traceability and production records.
Warehouse and Quality
· Carry out initial inspections and basic fault finding on returned equipment.
· Escalate more complex faults to senior technical or engineering staff where required.
· Maintain accurate stock, production and asset records using internal systems.
· Support picking, packing and shipping activities to meet customer delivery schedules.
· Help maintain an organised, clean and efficient warehouse and production environment.
· Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency and product quality.
· Work closely with colleagues across production, engineering and customer support to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
This role would suit someone with experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, electronics assembly, vehicle accessories, computer hardware or warehouse operations who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

· Experience assembling, configuring, repairing or testing products would be advantageous, although full training will be provided. Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
