As part of our team, you will:

Operate deep fat fryers safely and to company standards

Cook fish and chips consistently to specification

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness

Monitor cooking times, oil quality and product presentation

Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods

About You

Previous experience in a Fryer role using deep fat fryers

Passionate about producing high-quality food

Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

A reliable team player with strong attention to detail
